A New Beginning - Chapter 1

Yul
It was Friday night, and I'm all dressed up to be the emcee of a charity auction program aimed at raising funds to rural area improvement and helping those in need. This is actually my third public appearance since my venture into the fitness modeling industry. I got into the car which my friend, Ricardo was driving.

"I'm looking forward to see how much we can raise for tonight." Ricardo said while we made our way to the location.

"Yeah, me too." I said excitedly. It feels good to be able to help out those in need when I could. Ricardo and I continued to chat happily as we made our way to the charity auction event.

"Another day, another charity event..." A whiny sigh came from next to me.

"Stop complaining, Antonio. I know that you're only interested to woo your next conquest for your heartbreak streak." I gave my childhood friend a sideways glance.

"Awww...I feel so hurt..." He laid his head on my shoulder as I gave him a playful bonk on it. Just then, the door separating the passenger and driver seat slid down.

"Mr. Janmer, we're almost reaching our destination." The driver said to me.

"Thanks, Afonse." I said to the young driver as Antonio and I did a last minute check to make sure that we look ok.

"Way conspicuous with that." Antonio teased as he gestured to the pair of sunglasses in my shirt pocket.

"At least it worked so far, right?" I replied to his comment as we got down the car and I put on my sunglasses. Antonio procured our entry tickets to the function at the reception table as we looked around the ballroom venue. Hopefully this event will turn out well.

Yul
Ricardo and I were enjoying the food and the surrounding of the charity event. There were a lot of people who turned up for the event. Mostly famous people from different areas of expertise.

"Look at all the people here. There's famous actors, singers, sportsmen and business tycoons here." Ricardo said in awe.

"I doubt they're here purely for charitable reasons." I said as we saw some of them being interviewed by tabloids.

"Still...it would've been awesome to live such a life." Ricardo said to me.

"Yul, we'll be starting in a short while. So better get ready soon." A young woman spoke to me as I nodded in understanding. About ten minutes later, the backstage personnel gave me the OK signal to start the event and I proceeded to the stage.

We were enjoying the food that was served to us at our table. We have requested the management to have a separate seating arrangement only for me and Antonio. Wouldn't want to be recognized by the people here as they will start to swarm around me. Trying to get my attention for their own selfish needs. Some of them would even try to force their daughters onto me so that they can get some financial support. Like some kind of a business arrangement. Then, we heard the speakers turned on and everyone's attention were drawn to the stage.

"Good evening everyone. I hope you had an enjoyable meal tonight provided by our venue host." The young emcee spoke followed by a round of applause.

"My name is Yul, and I'll be your emcee for the night. On behalf of the organizing committee, we would like to extend our warmest gratitude to everyone present today to show support for those in need of help through this charity auction fund raising event." He spoke with a charming smile. Seems that I have chosen the right person for the job. He then invited the representative from the Ministry of Welfare to give a few words as guest of honour.

"Without further ado, let's start with the first 10 items on our list. Just for your information, the items to be auctioned off tonight are all generous contributions from our sponsors and also personal collections from those who are present today. All of the proceeds raised will be fully channeled to the Ministry of Welfare in assisting their efforts on rural development and relief programs." Yul said as the stage assistants brought out the items.

Yul carried out his job perfectly. Introducing the items, inviting the original owners on stage to give brief descriptions about them, and also make the event as exciting as possible.

The event went perfectly well and we've raised quite an amount for charity. The guests chatted and talked about the event over the meal while waiting for the final prize to be auctioned off.

"You did great out there." Ricardo said while we were in the dressing room. I was only wearing a pair of red trunks and red boots while he was helping me to put tanning lotion on the rest of my body.

"Thanks." I said to him with a smile.

"I just didn't expect you to do this though." He commented.

"Hehehe....neither did I." I laughed. Just then there was a knock on the door.

"Yul, can we come in?" It was the organizing chairman. He opened the door and entered. Followed by the representative from the Ministry of Welfare.

"I heard about the last minute development. Thank you so much." The man shook hands with me.

"It's alright Sir. Luckily my manager gave us the good news." I replied with a smile.

"I wonder how much we can raise at the end of the day. This will surely help us very much." The representative said.

"We'll be making our move first. You'll be up in another 15 minutes." The organizing chairman said as they left the room. A few minutes after that, Ricardo has finished applying the tanning lotion.

"Alright, you're good to go." Ricardo said after doing one last check.

"Thanks." I said as I made my way out.

"Make them go wild, hot stud." He said to me as the door closed behind me. I'm looking forward to the end result later.

So far the event went smoothly. The guests were enjoying the food and chatting happily.

"Okay, we have a surprise item to be auctioned off before we end the night. Are you ready?" Yul said while everyone looked around curiously. Then, he walked out onto the stage and the young girls screamed and cheered.

I must admit, I was quite surprised at his makeover. He's only wearing a pair of red trunks, red boots. One hand holding a megaphone while another was holding the microphone.

"This last surprise is sponsored by my management company. The winning bidder gets to go on a 2 days 1 night date at a private luxury resort with me." He announced  and the girls go wild.

"Alright, let's get this going." Yul said as the bids started rolling in.

Seeing his perfectly bronzed, lean, muscled body is starting to make me hard. And thinking about the things we can do together makes me even harder and painful in my pants. This might be my only chance and I can't afford to let it go.

The bids keep coming in and I keep the crowd excited. But what caught my attention was the final bid.

"One hundred thousand." A bid came in. The amount wasn't the shocking part. The shocking part was that the bidder has a deep baritone voice. The whole venue just went silent.

"Okay, anyone going higher than one hundred thousand?" I asked and the venue was still silent.

"Going once..." Silence.

"Going twice..." Still silence.

"Going three times...and...sold...to the gentleman at the back with the sunglasses." I said followed by 

a few applause and whispering. The man at the back just nodded his head and turned around. Those who are still around were still whispering at the high bid and the mysterious bidder.

"And with that, ladies and gentlemen. We end our charity auction event. With that  last bid, we have raised a total of three hundred thousand to support the Ministry of Welfare in their future projects. On behalf of the organizing committee we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the generous bidders and contributors who made our event a success." I told the crowd as everyone started to disperse.

"That was a huge sum for a bid like that." Ricardo said as I went back to the dressing room.

"Yeah, but coming from a man. Do you think he's gay?" I asked.

"Maybe, maybe not. Only way to find out is when the date comes." Ricardo said as he shrugged his shoulders. Since the bid was made, I can't just refuse it. Guess I'll just have to wait until that day arrives and see how it goes.

Janmer
"You seemed very eager about that bid." Antonio said with a smirk.

"Shut up." I told him as our car arrived.

"I hoped you had an enjoyable evening, Master Janmer." Alfonse said as we got into the car.

"You could say that." I replied.

"You have no idea how happy he is right now, Alfonse." Antonio joked. I can't tell Alfonse's response, but I gave Antonio a death glare.

"Come on, Jan. You know things like this will get out in public one day." Antonio said matter-of-factly.

"I'll deal with it when the time comes." I replied him curtly.

"You have our support, at least. Master Janmer." Alfonse said with a smile. Only him and Antonio knows about my sexual orientation. Which is something that I am not prepared to broadcast to the world yet.

"I know you like him. I can tell..." Antonio glanced downwards and grabbed my crotch.

"What the hell...!!" I yelled at him.

"Oh my god, you're so hard and stiff." Antonio laughed.

"Idiot." I blushed and bopped Antonio on the head while he continued to spill the details to Alfonse.

"I hope you will have a wonderful time for the date." Alfonse said after Antonio has finished telling him the details.

"I hope so. I'm just not sure how things will go." I said unsurely.

"Just relax and take it slowly." Antonio smiled.

For now, I can't do much but to just wait and get prepared for our upcoming date.
